  1. And this is the sticker they were talking about
  2. For everyone else that might not know, DOT NOT PEEL OFF STICKER where you plug the usb in motherboard for RMA purpose. There is a little paper stick on cable with serial number. I took my off for cleaner look and my RMA got denied. I also tried looking into i cue software before sending it in, and couldn’t find any serial number reference for the mouse. They will return the mouse back and I have to find better buttons to try and solder on.
  3. This is the 3rd NightSword i have RMA'd and I do not know what is up with these Omron Swithces but clearly they are failing. And by failing I mean all of my NightSwords keeps failing in less than one year. I know switches can fail over time, but 3 mice and less than one year at a time pr mouse sounds fishy to me! And a fast google search tells me there are two omron types, the japanese and the chinese. I do not know what is installed in my mouse and maybe someone can inform me. Is there a specific way to know if a mouse is equipped with japanese or chinese omron switches?
  4. Thanks for answering. Can you please pin-point me in the right direction regarding where this plugin is? I think i red somewhere on this page that in order to control various HW that uses Asus RGB or A-RGB header i needed to download the Asus/Armory crate plugin/software. And after that not to open Asus/Armory software but simply control it via iCue. There is a plugin option within iCue that can be disabled. is that it?
  5. I'm not sure if this is the correct thread to report bugs but heres goes. This is tested on both iCue v3, v4 and I can replicate it everytime on both versions. The first bug is with Hardware info64(HWiNFO64) and it is related to the Commander Pro. Whenever i open HWinfo64 my Commander Pro goes ape-sjeeeet crazy. It's not like the iCue/Commander Pro isn't working but the GUI itself is messed up. The reading on system info like fans and voltage are wrong and it sometimes tells me that my fans are spinning at 39000 RPM. Features like fans settings come and go away. The only way i can fix it is by restarting my PC. Aslong as HwInfo64 hasn't been opened it's fine. I will add some pictures for you to see. 1 is what iCue/Commander Pro normally looks like and 2 is when Hwinfo has been opened. The second BUG is related to one of my Steam Games And Asus Auora Sync. Whenever i open and play Euro Truck Sim 2 my connected A-RGB devices are no longer the color i set it to. It will be stuck on a random color during game and go back to it's default rainbow theme color whenever i exit the game. The only way to fix it is by restarting iCue. Running on lastes iCue v4 version and Windows 10 20H2. More specs under my profile.
