I'd like to thank support for helping me to solve this issue. On my PC iCUE seems to be broken so it was saving blank profile. Corsair recommends performing a clean install of iCUE: Open your computer's Control Panel. Open the Programs and Features options. Select Corsair Utility Engine in the list, and then select Uninstall. Press Window Key + R to open the Run command. Type %appdata% and press Enter. Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up. Return to the Run window and type %localappdata%. Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ for iCUE 3, or C:\Program Files\ for iCUE 4. Delete any Corsair folders in that folder. Type Regedit in the Run window and then click OK. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ and delete the Corsair folder. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ and delete the Corsair folder. Restart your computer. Download a new installer file for iCUE from Corsair.com and reinstall.

If I press brightness button when iCUE is not running (fastest test is doing it during "Lock screen mode") it changes brightness levels of the button itself, but all keys are dark. I'm updating screenshot because in original screenshot it was not clear if I saved the profile with lighting effect or not. Of course I did save, but making it now clear. Meanwhile I also completely wiped out all settings when I was reinstalling iCUE.

I'm using K70 RGB Rapidfire keyboard with my PC and company laptop in home-office. On my PC I have iCUE installed so all light effects are available. On my company laptop I'm not allowed to install iCUE. How can I use lighting effect without iCUE? I already read dozens of topics about this and I'm not able to solve this simple issue. In iCUE I'm using (version 3.38.61 or 4.9.350) there is no Hardware profile available (SD Card symbol). See screenshot. If I set lighting effect under LIGHTING EFFECTS, set Static Color and click "Save Static Lighting and Performance to Device" the keyboard doesn't have any lighting effect without iCUE. How can I get hardware profiles? The only way is to use absolute default lighting effect (to get it back hold Esc and connect keyboard) which would be fine for work - it's red lighting effect, but who the hell thought it's good idea to have white lighting effect on arrows and WASD keys - it's disturbing and unusable.
