Mine was the same model number, same timing bought the same time (two different package of pair set). One pair which a single, and the other was a dual rank. To make me understand more to find out, I bought another 4X16GB in a package which is CMH64GX4M4D3600C18 and it shown all the same with Single rank. I am asking this because hope to find a way to identified them.

The latest driver release by Nvidia yesterday did not fixed the issue. The problems still there.

Sorry, what can HDD LED can feed you you any detail? By flashing the LED only shown there is activities such as reading/writing. Other than that as to me, it useless. What detail are you talking about. HDD LED not a morse code proving you any SOS signal such as Dot dot dot dot. Dot dot. 4 dots for H, 2 dots for I.......Just move on.

The temporally quick fix: After windows boot and if your iCUE auto startup, exit iCUE and wait for a while and turn on iCUE. After a while it will detect your Nvidia GPU iCUE. But I tested the system came with Asus Armoury Crate. Hope it help.

HI, You If you having this issue, you can try to rxit iCUE and turn on again it may help. But the just quick I guess. But we have to wait for the nvidia driver team to fix it if it actual cause by the new driver problems.

It did happened to me too, but once I reboot twice. Restart Corsair services once after the twice reboot. It work well as usual.
