I have the Corsair iCUE H100i RGB PRO XT. Although it does work, it is not showing up in the Device Manager. Nor does it show in iCUE. The RGB is stuck on Rainbow mode, since I cannot access it in iCUE. I have tried the troubleshooting steps: Using another USB to connect it externally. No good. Reinstalling iCUE. No good Any solutions to troubleshoot this? Because I have even contacted Customer Support, and it has not helped at all. Thanks.

I'm using the, CORSAIR iCUE H100i RGB PRO XT, 240mm. Top mounted, with the fans pulling cold air in, top mounted. It's a very nice set up that way.

I have read through many threads on how to fix this issue, yet nothing seems to fix the issue I am having. It will not show my H100i in iCue, and the RGBs are constantly in Rainbow mode. I have a, MSI MPG Z490 GAMING PLUS mother board. Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB. 2, LS100 450mm strips. And the Corsair Obsidian Series 500D RGB SE Mid Tower Case. Everything shows up in iCue, but again, not the H100i. Any solutions for this issue? Because all the other RGB lights work perfect. Thanks in advance.

I just got it to work. I just had to change how I was connecting the 2nd strip through the Y cable, to the 1st strip, that is connected by the extension cord, to the Commander Pro. These lights are truly a delight to look at.

Hi guys. I have the Corsair Obsidian 500D RGB SE ATX Mid Tower Case, that includes the Commander Pro. However, I cannot get the LS100 strips to work at all in iCUE. I did the install path, as the Corsair video on Youtube has it setup. But these strips will not turn on. I've also read on Reddit, and the forums here as well, on other methods, but nothing works at all. Will someone give me advice on how to get these up and running please? Thanks in advance!:biggrin:
