  1. I appreciate your timely assistance! I have already reached out to the support team on https://help.corsair.com/. I did it about three hours ago now. I just figured it would be beneficial to everyone if maybe someone here might be able to help me troubleshoot this issue. I had feared that the wireless receiver had reached its end of life. I suppose then this is just a waiting game for me. Thanks again Corsair Notepad for your quick responses and informative help.
  2. I unplugged my K57 Wireless Receiver, and back into a USB3.0 port on my physical motherboard. I brought up the iCUE Software and pressed Initiate, once more. There does not seem to be any change in the behavior of the pairing process. It still appears to be stuck, not able to connect to the receiver. Is it possible for a Wireless USB Receiver, such as this to reach an end of life without any sort of interference? (such as an electrical short, or god forbid moisture or liquid is introduced to the system while running) If this means my dongle is dead, can I have a new dongle made specific to my specific K57 and have it replaced? Or, perhaps the entire unit would need to be RMA'd?
  3. I have ensured that the USB Dongle is plugged into the Front port of my PC Case. (USB 3.0) I opened up the Corsair iCUE Software -> Settings -> K57 -> Initiate The prompt issued me to ensure the dongle was connected to my PC and it is. The software seems to be pairing, I have a question with this process. How long should this pairing or repairing process take? It seems to be taking a lot longer than I would think. EDIT: This pairing process seems to be stuck. It does not seem to want to pair. (image provided below) https://imagizer.imageshack.com/img924/4254/Z72xNw.png Here is a picture of both dongle's (my K57 and my Harpoon mouse) in the front of my PC Case. This dongle worked yesterday and now it does not, and even though it is plugged in, it will not be registered by either iCUE or by windows. (When other usb devices are plugged in Windows plays a sound. With my K57 Dongle, it does not) https://imagizer.imageshack.com/img922/969/6VLMRv.jpg I believe my Dongle is somehow dead. Okay I am trying this.
  4. Hello! My K57 Wireless RGB keyboard stopped working wirelessly. I have iCUE installed and have attempted to update the firmware thinking that could be the issue. Unfortunately, the firmware is up-to-date and even forcing a firmware re-installation did not fix the issue. From what I can tell the dongle wont power up or be recognized by windows when plugged into any USB2.0/3.0 port in my PC. In iCUE the dongle firmware version shows a "?" and the dongle polling rate is greyed out. I even tried the method of resetting a wireless keyboard found on your support page. I did see the lighting on the board flash, however, the dongle issue remained. I am at a complete loss here, as I even un-installed every keyboard driver VIA Device Manager from within Windows 10. I restarted my computer knowing Windows would automatically fetch and re-install the device driver. As expected, windows did re-install the driver, but the dongle issue persists. I have owned this keyboard for about a year now and have never run into any issues using it on multiple computer systems. I paid $100.00USD for this keyboard on amazon brand new and there is no sense in having a wired up wireless keyboard. It is entirely redundant. Below I have attached a picture of a Screenshot of my iCUE software showing how the dongle cannot be recognized or is dead entirely. This has me baffled and I have reached out VIA the Support System. --- I have also responded to a previous thread in which the original poster and others are having the same issue I am facing. The thread however was at least a year old. So I am posting my own thread in hopes of receiving a faster response. Link to my reply in the other thread is here.
  5. Hello Nick, I am having this exact issue as the original poster. I have submitted a ticket with the Corsair Support System and I have a ScreenShot of the iCUE Software interface not registering a plugged in USB dongle. I have attempted the following in trying to troubleshoot the issue myself: Un-Installing and Re-Installing the Corsair iCUE Software Un-Installing all HID Compliant Keyboard Drivers and Rebooting Windows 10 Ensuring Firmware Version is Up-To-Date and even forcing Re-Installation of Up-To-Date Firmware Tried every USB2.0 and USB3.0 port in my PC and in an old Laptop, issue persists. All of my troubleshooting combined with my knowledge seems to lead toward the USB Dongle some how being dead? Below is the ScreenShot of my iCUE Software: I will PM you my own Support Ticket #. Thank you in Advance! -Judor
