    I only have one Virtuoso headset. I do have other wireless headsets that I have tested on the PS5 and they all work fine. The firmware is updated on both the dongle and the headset. No other USB Devices attached to the PS5

    I have a pair of RGBs that are supposed to be compatible with the PS5 but every time I use them on my PS5 the audio cuts off in an out all the time. But they work fine on my PC. Any advice or should I return them ? Thanks in advance.
