I recently submitted an RMA request for my K70 due to certain keys randomly getting stuck on throughout gaming sessions. I'm waiting to hear a response back regarding the RMA but I have been reading online about the process and I am now worried.
I'm in the UK and I have read that the RMA centre is located in the Netherlands, meaning I will have to spend around £40 to return my keyboard and get a functional replacement. Not only is this more than half of the cost I paid for the keyboard but it is also a lot to ask when many are on Furlough.
Has any change occurred in the RMA centre and if so is it now located in the UK? I really want a functional keyboard because other than my current issue I have loved the K70 Rapidfire.
