Thanks for the response guys. Looks like after running update it worked. Oddly first time as you can see in the message box it said it was already updated.

I've had this a year and its worked perfectly fine. It randomly is not responding anymore to lighting changes. Would love any help here. Thanks.

Yes I did do that. I selected static color then picked the color. Every time I am in this tab it works perfectly fine, as soon as I click off the tab the color goes away. For instance if I then click on lighting channel, the color disappears. If I exit iCUE, the color disappears.

Yes I see that Hardware Lighting section, however, I have that filled out to the color I want. It works when I have it filled, but as soon as exit the light goes out on fans. Mysterious.

Update. Now every time I exit iCUE the lights don't work. Have to have iCUE open for them to work.

Hey. I have 2 LL RGB Series Fans. They spin and light up just fine. However, every time I restart my computer or turn back on the lights are off and I have to manually go into iQue settings to turn on. Why could this be happening? Thanks!
