Title cont - my keyboard doesn’t turn on.
I’ve been talking to the Corsair support team back and forth about fixing the keyboard the told me how to reset my strafe mk2 through the pinhole, and they gave me a file to replace with the firmware.bin with. After doing that and unplugging then keyboard and plugging it back it back in, it no longer turns on. I’ve restarted my pc multiple times and held down the esc key while plugging the keyboard back in, and I’ve tried to hold the pinhole down for 30 seconds too, multiple times and no luck. Any suggestions?
