  1. Thank you! I got these splitters Noctua NA-SYC1 from Amazon. Each splitter splits into a 4-pin and a 3-pin.
  2. Thank you very much Zotty. You are so helpful! I understand now why you suggested the RGB fan hub. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like I can source this from any vendor at a reasonable price. Therefore I plan to go with the Node Core (comes with 3xQL120) + internal USB hub (already bought) combo.
  3. Thanks! What about fan control? How do I control 6 fans and 1 pump using a Commander Pro, through iCUE?
  4. Thank you! What about fan control? Do I need a splitter? The Commander Pro only has 6 fan ports, but I have 6 fans and a pump.
  5. Thank you very much for the reply. The third-party GPU is using DRGB. Would I still be able to connect it to Commander Pro or LED hub?
  6. Thanks for your reply! With regards to your new configuration. Does this mean I just need to buy an RGB Fan LED Hub, and a Commander Core? (EDIT: I now see that Commander Core comes with the cooler) Do I need any more splitters? I still need the internal USB hub, right? why do you suggest the RGB FAN LED Hub, and not the Node Core? Since 2x Node Cores come with the two 3-pack QL120 fans, could I still use the Node Cores? Would my previous setup still work? I was in a rush so I ordered 2 PWM hubs and 1 internal USB already. Do I need a smart PSU like the i series for either setup?
  7. Hi there, here is my setup: 6x QL120 1x Commander Pro 1x RGB Hub 1x other-brand GPU block with RGB header 1x XD5 pump 1x XC7 cpu block RGB plan: Control 6 fans with 1 RGB hub, which itself is plugged into RGB port 1 on the Commander Pro. The pump and GPU block will be daisy chained to RGB port 2 on the Commander Pro. The CPU block will be by itself. (The GPU block I have does not have daisy chain feature) Can I plug the CPU RGB header into the (ASUS Z490-A) motherboard directly? Will iCUE software be able to control it along with the rest of the lights, which would all be connected to the Commander Pro? Or do I need another RGB hub #2, and connect it to RGB port 2 on the Commander Pro? Will RGB hub #2 be able to control the GPU block and pump (daisy chained) as well as the CPU block? Fan plan: I need to control 6 fans and a pump. How can I set them up using the Commander Pro? Should I connect 2 fans together using a splitter, so that the 6 fans use 5 ports, and the pump uses the 6th port?
  8. I have these parts already, just like the OP. 7x QL120's (2x 3-Packs) iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler Commander Pro Asus X570 Crosshair VIII Dark Hero What other parts do I need? I understand how to wire things but am not sure what items to purchase... Thanks in advance for your help.
  9. Can anyone help me with the shopping list for this setup? I'm also installing 10 fans in a Lian Li XL. 1x CORSAIR iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler 2x CORSAIR QL Series, QL120 RGB, 120mm RGB LED Fan, Triple Pack with Lighting Node Core 1x CORSAIR QL Series, iCUE QL120 RGB, 120mm RGB LED Fan, Single Pack 1x CORSAIR Commander PRO What other items do I need to purchase? I marked up the image above and posted in the link below. What are items 1 and 2? What is item 3? Is there anything special about item 4, or will any PSU work? I need a 1000W for my setup. https://imgur.com/NxvCJXv
