  1. Still keeping a eye on this thread, as many on here I had the RTOD but a few weeks ago I somehow managed to fix mine, the really frustrating bit about it is that I can't pinpoint exactly what I done to get it working.
  2. So like many of you I had the Red Triangle issue. I previously bought the h100i Elite Capellix AIO but a couple of months ago purchased the LED upgrade screen. For the first few weeks everything was fine, I then decided to add a usb-c connection to the top of my case, shortly after this I started getting the RTOD, at first I thought I had disturbed something but the way all my cables are routed in my case it was hard to see how this was possible, none the less I checked all the cables to the Commander Core were in correctly and pushed in nice and tightly, started thinking was it a power draw issue but ruled that out by disconnecting the previously installed usb-c cable. I was still having issues and then read on here that doing a power cycle worked as it reactivated the firmware, this actually worked at first for me but the RTOD started showing again and as before the LCD screen did not show in iCUE, it then got to the point that the power cycle trick was not working. One day after booting up the screen kicked in, I looked in iCUE, the screen was not showing still but I noticed there was an firmware update to the Commander Core, so I updated and rebooted the PC, the RTOD came back. I then decided to double check all the cables again, pulled the pump cable out from the top of Commander core and made sure I pushed it back in securely, I also done a full power cycle. After rebooting the PC the screen was working and showing in iCUE, I took this opportunity to download the beta firmware linked on here and update the screen, since then my screen has been totally fine (touch wood), a little frustrating that I can't quite pinpoint what has made it start working again, I was literally about to put the old led housing back on the top of the pump but whatever I have done seems to have got it working again, been OK for a week now.
  3. I've had this problem for a couple of weeks now, I had actually done a bit of work inside my PC and double checked all the cables were connected and the screen was seated properly. After finding this thread I started the the power cycle trick which worked at first but it got to the point that wasn't working either. The other day I fired up the PC and noticed there was a firmware update for the commander core, as others have mentioned the iCUE Elite screen was not showing in iCUE for me, so I went ahead and done the update. Rebooted the machine and still the RTOD after the screen first initialises and no sign of the screen within iCUE. I decided to again check the cables, took out the cable from the pump that goes in to the top of the commander core unit and pushed it back in, fired up the PC, suddenly it seems to be working again. I don't quite know what has happened as I checked these cables a few times, it's maybe just pure coincidence that it's not done it again but over the past 2 days I've fired up the PC and the screen has worked everytime.
  4. I've recently been having the exact same issue, have just upgraded my motherboard Asus B550-E Gaming and first noticed the little warning triangle appearing on the LCD upgrade kit that I had already installed when I had the old MB in the case and as above I lost visibility of the cooler in iCue. The only thing that I done different was plug my Elgato Facecam in to the back of the MB, previously plugged it in to one of the usb connections at the top of the case, have now reverted back to plugging it in to the top and I never have the issue with the cooler not showing, so as mentioned above there must be some power draw on the rear USB's and it just doesn't like it, not nice having this ugly cable plug in to the top of the case so it looks like I'll be buying a powered USB hub to resolve that. ***EDIT*** I had both cables from my K70 keybaord plugged in to the back of my case for the USB passthrough on the back of the keyboard itself, actually just tried unplugging that as I never use and it I can now keep the Elgato facecam plugged in at the back, must be fine margins with the power draw 😞
  5. Will there be any future fixes for this or am I stuck with this problem? Seems poor if there is nothing that can be done about it
  6. Hello all, hope you are all well. Last week I decided to change all the RGB colours on my set up to white, I've noticed that there is a really annoying flickering on the last 2 strips in my chain and they look a slight yellowish colour, these are positioned on the bottom of my monitor, I have 2 x 450 expansion strips added by the way as I have an ultrawide monitor, I have tried wiggling the cables to see if it helps but nothing changes, the only thing that does help is lowering the opacity of the strips, the flickering stops and the last 2 strips change to the proper white to match the rest. This doesn't happen on any other colours, only the white, any of you guys had anything similar and any solutions?
