I have had the HS75 since the release and honestly my headset never worked properly. I waited and waited for a fix for the audio dropout issue and eventually gave up in 2021. Now in 2023 my gf works from home so i need my headset to work so i dont disturb her. I see nothing (at least in this thread) has been done to fix this. I have and XBOX series X and the latest firmware for the headset. Corsair, please tell me there's something that can be done to remedy this issue. I feel like its been long enough and ive been patient.

I've had my headset since 2020 and it's always been choppy. I waited and waited for some kind of fix and gave up.. Now it's 2023 and still no fix. I've got the latest firmware and still choppy. I haven't used my headset until this week since 2020. Is there any update or do I give up and get a turtle beach? It breaks my heart cuz everything I have is Corsair.

ive got a failed update for the lcd screen. is there a way to externally update?

I too can confirm i have the latest Windows 11 build and latest ICUE build and the only thing that shows up are the motherboard sensors.

I havent been on this thread since last year and it seems like there are still issues with this headset. I have upgraded to v3.0.3 and still have an insane amount of dropouts of sound. The headset is unusable. i have quite a bit of Corsair products in my gaming pc ( K100, Virtuoso headset, ram, ssd, mouse etc) and have never had a quality issue like this. i use the HS75 exclusively for my Xbox gaming so i don't disturb my gf while she works. Please tell me if there will be a fix soon or should i return these and get something else. It sucks to spend good money on headphones from a company I've supported and hold in high regard and not have them work. please help with advice. David

Hello, I've had the HS75 for xbox for a few weeks now. The audio dropoff is annoying when gaming but I found an interesting behavior that might help Corsair with a fix. When gaming I get audio drop a few times every few minutes. If I watch the Mandelorion on disney plus I get dropouts quite frequently every minute. If I watch clone wars on disney plus I don't get any dropout.. So is this an audio coding issue? A bit rate issue? It's interesting that I'm able to reproduce this everytime through my xbox. Hope this helps Corsair.. I love your products, but the HS75 needs a fix asap. This is the first corsair product I've owned with a glaring issue. Hope the fix comes soon. Thanks
