  1. Welp, had to uninstall and then reinstall the iCue software, but at least my AX860i shows up in the software as an AX760i heh.
  2. So my AX860i was being detected as an AX760i (never sure why, I did inquire twice but never got an answer), and now with this update it's gone again. I know initially iCue would read the 860i properly, but then it disappeared after a version update only to come back later on as an "AX760i"...and now it's just suddenly gone again. It's not on the unsupported products page so...what gives? Also, just to note - this is pretty terrible service when the software tells the customer that there's an update without informing them of certain issues that may occur (ie not supporting certain products). This is the exact way to alienate your customers that have bought many Corsair-branded products over the years.
  3. For some reason, iCUE detects my AX860i as an AX760i. I could swear it uses to detect properly in iCUE until after an update sometime ago, but I could be mistaken. Does anyone have any idea what could possibly be causing this, and is there any real downside to the program detecting it as such besides listing it incorrectly?
