I've been dealing with this for months this is biggest mistake I ever made was to buy a Corsair product this company got to be one of the worst companies I've ever encountered in the internet when it comes down to this issue with the ram having the "triangle of death" you get "crickets" cuz obviously for some reason it looks like they can't fix it so they rather not say nothing and I find it very unprofessional I would never recommend ram from Corsair

im still having this issue on version 4.9.350

[update] this only happens when full control option is enable in icue settings

if i cant find a solution to my problem from this forum or corsair support team unfortunately im gonna need to return every single corsair product that i have and get my money back

im also dealing with the same issue i just build my pc like 2 weeks ago and im disappointed at this product. Why would corsair make a ram that cannot turn off when in sleep mode that is unacceptable nobody in they right mine would want lights on all day. i actually wasted little over $$300 on corsair products just to find out that it doesnt sync well with it own product and also not compatible with new motherboard.
