  1. I've been having this problem since 2020 with two different Virtuoso, the only "fix" I've managed to get is to buy Dolby Atmos for headphones in the Microsoft Store, it fixes the white noise and solves the lack of equalizer (although it has its limitations) and I think you can try it for free for 7 days. It's a shame that Corsair hasn't fixed this problem yet.
  2. Hello, Virtuoso user here and equalizer isn't working for me, everything else (K95 almost, CoPro, Dark Core Pro) is working smoothly. I just noticed some stuttering in the keyboard illumination. iCUE v. 4.12.214 Virtuoso v. 5.2.68 Windows 11 22000.51 Edit: Surround and Auto Audio Repositioning aren't working neither

I created an RMA ticket (#2004037337) a little less than 2 months ago, the last ticket activity was 25 days ago and I am listed as "Solved" but I did not receive any response or email and if I try to check the RMA status on https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044691511-What-s-the-status-of-my-Web-Store-or-RMA-order- it shows no results found. So I don't know if my RMA is still being processed or there is a break in communication. Thanks.

  5. Hi, I noticed that even if I remap the DPI Up and DPI Down buttons to 'Disable' or any other action they keep increasing and decreasing DPI. I'm not sure if this is how the keys and key remapping should correctly work but it's kinda annoying :sigh!:. (This is my first Corsair mouse so I'm not sure if this is a bug :D:)
