  1. Thanks, but this is weird. We swap 5 and 6, and the one that wasn't working was lit, and the one that was lit before was off. We then swapped 6 and 5 back. Then tried swapping 6 and 4, and all of them started lighting up. Thank you for the suggestion.
  2. Hello all, We have a 465x case, H100i Platinum cooling system, and a total of six fans. The original three fans, one extra LL120 on the back, and two fans that came with H100i are installed on the top of the case. All fans are spinning, but only five out the six fans are lit up - one of the cooler fans on the top will not light up. This fan is connected to top left RGB port if you are directly looking at the Lighting Node from the outside (is this node 6?). To try it out, we connected this fan to the node right below it (node 5?) and the fan spins and lights up. Also, ICUE software sees all fans and the H100i but we somehow can't light up the sixth fan. What could we be doing wrong? We checked all connections, nothing is loose. ICUE says Lighting Node is on the most recent firmware. To add, when we were installing the H100i we powered up the case without the graphics card (so even before the computer boots), same result, sixth fan does not light up. So do not think it's a Windows or ICUE software issue. Thanks.
