I found out it only happens when I use my default triple monitor setup. It works perfect with dual monitors. Windows scaling is default - 100%, change it to 125% and back to 100% - no changes. Windows is completly fresh installed. But it only happen when I use three monitors - when I just use two oder single active monitors the iCue software looks normal.

Ich kann eingrenzen, dass das Problem nur auftritt wenn der dritte Monitor angeschlossen ist. Diese wird im Gegensatz zu den anderen beiden per DVI vom iGPU angesprochen, die anderen beiden per DVI-DL und HDMI von der dedizierten Grafikkarte.

Hey, Ich habe vor kurzem mein Windows neu aufgesetzt (Windows 20H2) und dann erstmals iCue Software installiert. Allerdings hab ich ein Problem mit der Darstellung der Software. Es fehlen einige Elemente (minimieren, schließen buttons) und allgemein auch in der Software kann ich bei einigen Einträgen nicht scrollen wenn die Liste länger ist. Das Fenster lässt sich auch nur per Alt+F4 kombination schließen und nicht verschieben (außer per Windows+Pfeiltasten) auf die anderen Monitore. Bereits probiert - Programm als Admin starten - Unterschiedliche Installationsverzeichnisse - Ältere Versionen (3.32.xxx)

Hey, I have a visual issue bug with iCue on my fresh Windows installation. I miss some elements also I can't move this window on my desktop. I can only close it by pressing Alt+F4. Any idea whats wrong with my iCue Software? I tried already - start programm as administrator - different installation paths - older iCue software.
