I've had the h100i platinum rgb installed for a bit over a week now, and it has been fine up until the last couple days. A couple days ago the rgb got all out of sync with iCUE. iCUE was showing the colors I wanted, but the devices were just going through the default rainbow thing. I foolishly forced firmware update and after 18 hours of it trying, I just restarted my computer and everything came back fine (v 1.01.15). Fast forward 24 hours and now one of the fans isn't running. RGB is working, but the fan is at 0 RPM, no matter what speed setting I have. I've restarted the computer, updated iCUE (now on 3.33.246), and then restarted again. No luck. I'm running the fans on extreme, hoping that the one running on extreme can pick up slack for the other one not running at all.
Temps are peaking around 76 for now, so not terrible concerned about it today, but obviously only one fan working is not a long term solution.
