  1. Well it seems although Corsair took 4 weeks to deliver a replacment non-working dongle. A 5 minute web chat with Amazon and they are just sending me a whole new Headset next-day. Seems a massive waste considering its just bricked firmware, but im not complaining.
  2. For reference- The dongle only shows as SE (In the RMA emails I was clear what headset I have>) So regardless, my current headset won't pair with the new dongle somehow, which seems utterly stupid. Some workaround would be amazing, otherwise I might as well just buy a new headset from Amazon (or lose out on £150), and send them back the older dongle for all the good your own support have been. (Not great) Really pissed off.
  3. They sent me the SE dongle instead, still won't work. **** this ****ing thing.

So after 4 weeks, I have finally have my replacement dongle for my Virtuoso, after the firmware was bricked. 1- I have been sent the SE version, which seems fine but Icue recognise it as a different headset to the standard (the one I have) 2- I have tried uninstallling the drivers, but so far I have been unable to get the thing to pair. Dongle firmware is 16.80 but now the headset firmware is showing ? 3- If I have waited all this time and its not actually fixed I am going to kill myself in minecraft.
  5. Nobody from here contacted me, I submitted a ticket for an rma request and its curently being dealt with, took them a few days to respond.
  6. Did you find any fixes for this? I am having the exact same issue, even with the ? in the firmware, and pairing does nothing. Either in Icue or another computer without icue. I have sent a ticket for an rma on the dongle, but not heard anything back yet.
  7. Hi, this has been annoying enough now to make a post, also seeing a few threads with a smiliar problem but no solution. I have had the Virtusoso headset for about 9 months now with no issues, I use it on my desktop and also for my work laptop during the day, able to just swap the dongle around as and when. Just yesterday, the desktop refused to recognise the dongle, and the dongle started flashing red, when checking icue, the wireless headset shows a red triangle and that the firmware is "?" The headset still works wired. At first I figured it was a simple driver issue, so I have been going through these posts and tried to- manually uninstall drivers and icue in various stages, still nothing. re-pair the dongle to the headset, this just leaves it suck on "pairing" forever and doesn't actually work. I have sent an rma request, but I use the headset for work and I really need a working solution asap. Using it wired isnt really practical.
