Hello, I have used my headset for a few month.(VOID RGB ELITE Wireless Headset with 7.1 Surround Sound). I install ICUE software) My Pc have some problem so I restall the Windows 10 and I found that it can't set to 8(7.1) channel in Properties. I restore the ICUE software again and again but still. Some game is base on the Windows audio setting so I fix it to 7.1 Surround Sound but not just 2 channel. I hope someone could help me.
