  1. My story is long and drawn out. To sum it up I have to identical kits of the 32Gig Dominator Both branded the same: CMT32GX4M2C3200C16 But when both kits are installed, iCue showed they crashed and never recovered correctly. Red Triangle and freezing. But was able to run XMP on them on an ASUS x570 board. Fast Forward to a Motherboard swap. Now an MSI X570 board, XMP would fail and the RGB would fail. Submitted a ticket and doing research. So I found a Reddit post about XMP problems. basically it said to check the PHYSICAL version numbers on the RAM module itself. One kit is version 4.31 with Samsung Chips and the other kit is version 3.31 with Hynix Chips. So I began checking possible combinations, each individual kit did what it was supposed too. Run the applied XMP profiles along with no problems with iCue. Till today. I have the Hynix version 3.31 kit in my media server and one stick the RGB failed stuck on 2 red LED's at either end. Possible a faulty stick was all my problems? But it would not explain the XMP profiles working with the individual kits on all my boards. But XMP only failing on just the MSI x570. FYI: Media server is an MSI B450I board.
  2. I know that this is for the AIO's but after reading all the other threads on this problem I have made the choice to add this disconnection problem here since the original thread was about Icue service restart and losing stuff and control. So real simple is this. I boot up. The software starts. Memory RGB runs correctly for a time. Then the red triangle appears and RGB stops. No other RGB software running. Just corsair ICUE. I am dumping my Logs and a screen shot. I see this a lot across the net in searches, with no concrete solutions for a fix. Corsair Memory.zip
  3. Going to dig up an old thread. (Thank Google for finding it) ASUS Tuf Gaming x570-Plus (WI-FI) BIOS Version 2607 Ryzen 7 3700X P/S EVGA 650 Corsair Vengeance 2x16 32GB 3200 kit times 2 for 64GB total -CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 - On the QVL list for compatibility from ASUS Windows 10 pro Fully updated MSI 2060 ICUE Version 3.32.80 SSD 500GB Samsung 860 EVO Base system specs # 1. RGB lighting effect randomly stops and starts leading to a total freeze of the lighting effect, Leading to a little red triangle on the memory icon in ICUE. Only a Reboot will clear out the cache and the lighting effect will work for about an hour then it is wash rinse repeat. Did force update to Firmware on memory Checked for SPD But ASUS calls it differently in BIOS so I am unsure what and where it is at. Uninstalled all other RGB software Updated BIOS Rolled back BIOS Reset BIOS Fresh install of 10 on a new drive RMA the memory (Thinking it was bad) Same issue with 4 different sticks Removed 2 sticks Left one stick in Swapped stick location Is this a compatibility issue with the ASUS TUF Gaming board? Been chasing this issue for 2 weeks now.
