  1. I haven't tried the Oculus Rift personally, but my understanding is that it will work. For the Link, I own an Oculus Quest 1 and a Corsair One Pro (1080Ti) and it absolutely works with Oculus Link. You just have to connect the Link cable to one of the high-speed USB 3 ports on the back of the case (I think it will work with both the USB-C port and the high-speed USB-A port on the back, but I've only personally used the USB-A port).
  2. I have a Corsair One Pro with 1080Ti that's only a month old, but it's started to have the same problem described in these posts: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=199225 https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=198295 Temps are all normal and fine, everything under 60C. Running any software that uses the GPU causes a crash in less than 30 minutes, usually with the blocks on the screen. Sometimes with the screen black. Sometimes it's recoverable, and only the game crashes, sometimes it's not recoverable and I have to force the entire to shut down and reboot. Things I have tried: - Reinstalling Windows 10 from scratch - Using the default Windows 10 Nvidia drivers - Installing GeForce Experience and using the latest drivers - Turning the resolution and graphics quality in the game all the way down - Running a game in VR - Running a game not in VR - Unplugging every accessory except the monitor, keyboard, and mouse Nothing I've done has made a difference, the GPU always crashes in less than 30 minutes. I opened a support ticket last week (#2003596257), but haven't heard anything back. Is there anything else I can try? Do I just have to give up and replace it?
  3. Support came back with the answer! If you have a Corsair ONE Pro, you need to edit a registry key to make LINK work correctly: 0. Uninstall Corsair LINK completely. 1. Open `regedit`. 2. Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\BIOS 3. Right click on SystemProductName and select modify. Change the value to CORSAIR ONE 4. Reinstall Corsair LINK for ONE using this installer: http://downloads.corsair.com/Files/Corsair-One/CorsairOne_CorsairLink_08092017.zip.
  4. lol so I got a reply to my ticket, telling me to install the old LINK that says it won't work with my machine. and then they said to install iCue, which also says "No devices". and then they stopped responding. any other ideas?
  5. I have a Corsair ONE Pro (CS-9000009), and had to reinstall Windows 10 because system updates would fail and undo themselves every time. After reinstalling, Windows 10 can update itself correctly now, but both Corsair LINK and iCue can't see my case, and there's no way for me to control the case LEDs. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, updating, and restarting my computer. The version of LINK from the sticky thread (for ONE 2017/2018) says it isn't supported on my machine. The latest regular LINK works, but doesn't recognize my case or the LEDs in it. I also opened a support ticket, but never got a response. What are my other options? How do I get a copy of LINK that supports my case?
