Hello All.
I am the proud owner of a Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE Headset. I received the headset as an early graduation gift around early June of this year. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the dial on the right ear piece which is used to raise or lower the volume does not work properly anymore. Although the Audio slider can be spun, regardless of what direction is chosen, the volume on the computer will ultimately mute the speakers. This can be seen in the youtube link I have provided below. I originally thought this may have been a software issue, but I have now had this issue on the two latest firmware releases. The headset has never been dropped and is in near perfect condition. Please let me know if this is something that would require an RMA to fix. Thanks.
