I'll try to keep this post as short as possible. Sorry for my bad drawings in advance but I'm sure you will get the point.
PC Setup
Asus TUF Gaming B550M-PLUS Motherboard AMD Ryzen 3600X CPU Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4 CPU Cooler (air) G.SKILL 3600 Mhz Rams Asus Strix RX 5700XT OC 8gb Graphics Card Lenovo G27c-10 165Hz Monitor Top dust filter is ON Front dust filter is OFF Bottom dust filter is ON
So the picture below is showing the final fan layout by which I achieved the lowest overall thermals including NVMe drive, Rams, MB temps. Before coming to this conclusion I have tested the followings:

Each test was made during 30 minutes of CoD: Warzone gameplay with an average FPS of 150. Game graphic settings were medium-high and producing as much fps as possible since it is the main cause of heat generation.
!!! THIS LAYOUT [2 intake fans at the top, 2 intake fans at the front + CPU fan at the back] IS BEST FOR THIS CASE WITH THIS SPECIFIC HARDWARE ONLY. IT MAY NOT BE THE BEST FOR OTHER PC SETUPS !!!
For the rear exhaust fan, make sure you cover the mesh area around the fan at the back of the case so the hot air will be exhausted through the fan only with increased velocity.
