Hi PJH thanks for the reply, though I'm not understanding what you mean when you say "move your devices around". If I move the devices into the bar I jest get the colours the device covers. And I don't have bars that move. Will attach a file to show you. Thanks for helping me out. At 60-odd years old sometimes I feel a bit out of touch.,

Hi One question, when I add the audio lighting mural, I get nothing. all other murals work. Moving my peripherals into the band below just gives static colours Any suggestions please?

Thanks for the advice...unfortunately that doesn't seem to work, the pad is almost a year old, still on the same surface it was when it arrived and the curl seems to be less flat, for lack of a better word, and then the curve comes back! I have laid many heavy objects, like a ps4 , my monitor stand, books etc but the curve remains. It seems almost as if the glue/stitching is getting tight and pulling the edges up. Any other suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks again! Red

Hi My MM700rgb mouse-pad has developed a curl recently. Any suggestions on hw to cure it? I've tried putting a heavy object on it but the curl stays. Thanks Red

Hi What is the most stable version of iCue that works for you? My problem is that iCue either a) Crashes randomly and irrecoverably needing a restart. b) Crashes randomly, is able to be restarted, crashes again rinse repeat ad nauseum. c) I have 5 peripherals. M65 mouse, K70 rgb mk2 lp keyboard, mm800 pad, lt100 & ls100 towers & lights. Any or all will disappear randomly. iCue says no devices found d) I have 7 profiles set up, assigned to different programs. Randomly they won't work, or don't change when switching programs. Is ther a version that you use that just works? Any help, suggestions would be appreciated. Things I have tried. - Reinstalling - Uninstalling and reinstalling. - Uninstalling. Restart. Removing all instances/drivers as per Corsair FAQ. Restarting. Installing. Restarting. - Removing individual peripherals and reinstalling after a reboot. - Installing iCue anc then adding peripherals individually. Thanks!

Hi I am using iCUE 4.11 and am trying to enable Corsair Audio Preset on my K70 RGB LP Mk2 keyboard. It only works when my headphones (Void Pro USB Carbon) are the sound source. If the sound source are my speakers, it doesn't work. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks Neale S

Hi Is there anyone who can tell me the correct way to reset a K70 RGB MK2 LP to factory defaults? These instructions below are on the FAQ. none of them work. My issue is that with some games I play, the keys seems to stick and in I turn left, release the key but my character or car keeps on turning left, ir I run and when I stop, my character will keep on running for a few seconds. f you have a K95 RGB Platinum or any MK2 keyboards: Unplug the keyboard. With the keyboard unplugged, hold down the ESC key. While holding down the ESC key, plug the keyboard back into the computer. Keep holding the ESC key until the keyboard begins to flash. Unplug the keyboard again, then plug it back in. For all other keyboards: Unplug your keyboard. With the keyboard unplugged, hold down the ESC key. While holding down the ESC key, plug the keyboard back into your computer. After about 5 seconds, release the ESC key. You will see the keyboard lighting flash if the reset is successful. I've already rma'd the board and I still have the same issue. Thanks Red

Hi I have a K70 MK2 LP RGB and I have created a profile for Plex Media Server. My problem is that when I launch Plex this profile appears for a second then disappears and the keyboard defaults to whatever the previous profile was. Can anybody help and show me where I've gone wrong or what I am doing wrong? I've attached a jpeg to show how I created that profile. Thanks Neale S

Hi I own a K70 RGB Mk2 LP...my problem is that keys won't release after I use them. I have tried the reset recommended for my keyboard on Corsair's site and the keyboard did nor respond as they said it would. If you have a K95 RGB Platinum or any MK2 keyboards: 1. Unplug the keyboard. 2. With the keyboard unplugged, hold down the ESC key. 3. While holding down the ESC key, plug the keyboard back into the computer. 4. Keep holding the ESC key until the keyboard begins to flash. 5. Unplug the keyboard again, then plug it back in. The keyboard stays unlit while waiting for step 4 to complete.
