Hello, yesterday I received my new T3 RUSH chair purchased on Amazon. The package was intact and after installing it I found abnormal movements on the armrests. As you can see in the video (which I uploaded on YouTube) the armrests move a lot and not at all stable. This is normal? I expected the armrests to be much more stable. How can we solve this problem?
