Dark Core PRO SE forward and back buttons keep losing mapping

Good day. I bought a day ago the Corsair Dark Core RGB PRO mouse and I have a problem with the scroll, it sounds horrible with a squeal, as if it was damaged or old from many years of use. Please appreciate your comments and if I should proceed to return it to the place of sale. Regards.
