Okay so my RMA for my Commander Pro just got accepted, but was wondering do I have to pay for the postage to get it there? Don’t see why I would as it’s not my fault that the product is defective so is there a possibility to get a prepaid label so that postage costs me nothing? Don’t really want to go and spend £6 on tracked postage... Thanks
