This problem is similar to my one posted here https://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1050068. Unfortunately, there is no answer for me neither on the forum nor on the support page yet.

Hi. I updated the firmware of my H115i RGB Platinum via iCUE software. During installation, the pump light was disabled and since never been enabled. * iCUE software does not see my water cooling system anymore * BIOS tells me the error about CPU FAN * The cooling system works on 100% performance for now (fortunately) * The USB disconnection sound appears once per 30 seconds Does someone have the *.hex file for H115i RGB Platinum cooling system?
