  1. @lilraimond, Corsair support sent me a new replacement wireless Harpoon mouse, in trade for my stuttering double clicking mouse, at no cost to me. I understand that this trade did not fix the firmware problem, so I plan to keep using the old firmware for my new mouse. But here is why I think this trade benefits everyone: Corsair can use my old double click'n mouse to test with, and hopefully fix the firmware (or what ever else might be going on). So please give some thought as to whether or not you would work with Corsair to replace your product.
  2. Hello Skyn0s, This is what I did to stop my Harpoon wireless mouse from constant double clicking (your #2 issue): 1. I made a post here on the forum asking for help, like you did. 2. One of the Corsair forum support people sent me a private message and asked me to write up a 'Support Ticket' (which is at the top menu of this forum). 3. I created the support ticket. That was a week ago. Maybe the Corsair support team is over burdened; they have not gotten back to me. 4. While waiting for help via the Ticket system, I searched the forum for 'Harpoon double', and found a temporary fix that worked for me. I used old (legacy) firmware for the mouse and the dongle, and forced the update within the iCUE application. No more double click, and the mouse is usable for my needs. I think the mouse is fine, but the software and/or firmware is at fault. I expect that Corsair will fix the Harpoon firmware and iCUE app - eventually - and I can wait. My mouse is 6 months old, and I really like it. However, if I had just purchased it 2 days ago (like you) I would return it and ask for a refund and then buy some other brand of mouse that does not have unsolved issues, and that would eliminate the need to wait for a fix in iCUE and the firmware.
  3. ------------------------ This post by AndyCubb earlier in this thread seems to work for me also. It is just a temporary work around until Corsair support fixes the mouse and dongle firmware. It is my opinion (and should be obvious to Corsair although it may not be easily fixed) that the double click problem is caused by the recent firmware updates. Replacing the actual physical mouse or dongle likely will not solve my issue with the double clicks, based on the fact that when I (and others) rollback to a legacy firmware, the double click issue dissolves away. I am sure that Corsair is trying to correct this with a high priority since, based on the many forum posts, it is not restricted to just the Harpoon mice. Legacy Harpoon firmware: https://www.dropbox.com/s/h2qskaftkmit98u/Harpoon%20Wireless%20-%20Dongle%20FW%200.5.49%20-%20Mouse%20FW%200.5.64%20%282%29.zip?dl=0
  4. The double click issue started for me just a few days ago, I think after I updated the firmware in iQUE app. iQUE software version is 3.28.70. Dongle firmware is 1.7.58 and mouse firmware is 1.9.85. I tried unistalling iQUE and reinstalling it to 3.22.74 but that did not help. Does anyone know how to get hold of earlier mouse firmware image? iQue app apparently allows loading a prior version of the Firmware image, but I do not know where to get it from.
