I'm having the same issue, for now only unplugging the keyboard works again. Honestly thinking about refunding. Paying 150€ for a product that gets unusable if I happen to change the system volume.

I'm currently trying to use the makros for text-pastes but whenever I press the buttons, nothing happens. It looks assigned and saved for me. Win10, newest iCUE version
