  1. Yes. This did not work for me. Had to resort to NZXT hub
  2. I have very much enjoyed ICue and the Corsair rgb fan lineup especially my Ll120s. This is just a very odd buggy issue that unfortunately requires an additional small purchase to fix.
  3. Just checking in...it’s been well over 1-2 weeks now and no disconnections.
  4. In fairness to corsair it’s hard to know who exactly is at fault here. This may be a ASUS/motherboard issue entirely. Not saying that corsair couldn’t do something to rectify this given how long it is but it’s possible they are aware of this and the fix is on Asus side which may not be getting addressed. For now I am happy that the NZXT hub seems to have fixed this issue.
  5. Yes same here. Commander pro to NZXT hub. NZXT hub to MB USB port. A separate node core to MB USB as well. Agree, now that CP is powered externally I get no power loss. Oddly when I did have power loss on the CP it affected many of my other unrelated USB devices including my Logitech 922 webcam. This has all resolved with the external hub. Not sure if this is an ASUS or Corsair issue at this point.
  6. Just posting to say still going strong after 72hrs and NZXT hub install.
  7. Will do. So far its been about 48hrs with no issues.
  8. Reporting here that I installed the NZXT hub. Connected the NZXT HUB to my USB socket on MB and the commander PRO to the NZXT hub. No usb connected to the commander pro. No issues for the last 24hrs. It's been great!!!!
  9. Just wanted to chime in I am in the same boat. Very frustrating. I have a NZXT internal hub on order but may give the usb delete a try. Did you delete the Usb hub or all devices under the USB tab in device manager?
