I've just bought a Corsair 256GB USB-drive. The flash survivor stealth.
As the title implies, as soon as I connect the drive to Windows, it is constantly blinking. It doesn't matter if I write to the drive, read from it, or just doesn't do anything. It doesn't stop blinking until I eject the drive.

Is this the way it's supposed to be?
Usually blinking means that there is some sort of access to the drive, and I just want to make sure my USB-stick doesn't wear out too quickly.
