  1. Thanks for the response. I did what you suggested, and everything else turned red/green/blue accordingly, but the pump maintained it's small blue light in the bottom right corner.
  2. Hello, I recently upgraded my PC with many new components, including the H100i Platinum SE cooling system. Everything else is running great except for the RBGs in the middle of the pump. Only one blue light has turned on in the bottom right corner. I can't control this light in iCue, even though iCue detects it. Is this an issue with the product itself? See photo:
  3. Sigh, another update! The update successfully installed (for some reason). The two fans are now operating normally and I have full control of them. However, I still have no lights on the pump other than the dark blue light in the bottom right corner as shown in my original post.
  4. Update: The fans are now flashing red for a few minutes and then going back to being solid red. It's pretty inconsistent.
  5. This week I made several upgrades to my PC, including: ASUS ROG Strix z390-E Intel Core i9-9900K Coffee Lake @ 3.60 GHz Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600MHz 1x32GB Samsung EVO SSD 1T iCue 220T RGB, Tempered Glass H100i Platinum SE AIO iCue will recognize the AIO but indicates there is a firmware update to v1.01.15. I tell it to update and it gets stuck at 0%. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling iCue but that hasn't seemed to make a difference. The lights on the two LL120 fans connected to the AIO now stay red (see picture). The lights on my pump have also never worked right - I get one blue light in the lower right corner but no other lights turn on (see picture). Is there another way for me to install this firmware? Is the firmware causing the lights to stay red? How about the pump lights not working?
