Yeah man, I have the exact same issue. However, it charges only to 88% and then stops. I have never seen a green light on that. It's simply a shame that a brand like Corsair has never solved that problem.

I have a Void Pro RGB Wireless headset and, whenever I turn the Dolby Surround on, my desktop audio recording from OBS makes a very weird echo (it seems that the desktop sound was recorded by a microphone and inside a container). However, when I turn the Dolby surround off, the echo goes away. The thing is that I want to record and use the Dolby surround since it sounds way better, but my recording gets horrible.
