  1. For now - I didn't. I've sent the mouse back to the store for the warranty process. I'm waiting for their response. Meanwhile Corsair support responded to me. Here's what the replied: "Hi Michal, My apologies for the experience you have with the mice, Kindly try instruction from the link provided to connect your mice wireless https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041190571-Pair-a-wireless-mouse-in-iCUE if in case that still wont work. fast way to have a replacement if your product was purchased in the last 30 days - it is faster to seek an exchange/refund from the original vendor." I didn't try it yet because I don't have the mouse. I hope the store will solve the problem. If not - I will try that. If You figure it out somehow please place the post here with the solution. Best luck!
  2. Is there anyone who can help me? I've already sent the request to Corsair support but they didn't reply yet. It looks like the mouse software is totally bricked.
  3. Hi, After took my mouse out of the box (brand new - recently bought it) I went to Corsair page to update the firmware. I downloaded the iCUE software and went through the instructions in Corsair tutorial (https://www.corsair.com/us/en/blog/DarkCore-Firmware). During the updating process the percentage went up to 68% then stops. After that it went down to 50%, up to 68%, down to 50%, up to 68% and so on for a few more times. And after that upgrading process crushed. I tried to upgrade the mouse one more time but it is impossible. Even after turning it ON and OFF, changing the wireless connection from 2.4GHz to Bluetooth and backward, restarting the iCUE and restarting the whole system (Windows 7). All the time the upgrade process stops at 0%. Simultaneously the mouse got crazy. After the first troubleshootng it didn't work for a few tries. After that it starts working. But there was problems with the profiles. I tried to get into the iCUE software. First thing I did was changing the lightning effects. It doesn't matter how I changed the effects - it doesn't affect the mouse at all. And after a few tries mouse stopped working at all. Now it works only through the cable. Both wireless options doesn't work. Also the mouse got crazy. Pressing the left click button one time affect as I would press the right click button and the other time it has no effect (I can not click anywhere). Changing profiles on the mouse profile button does not change anything. Sometimes I can change the DPI, sometimes it does not work. The mouse is not operational in that state. I was trying to find the solution. But restarting the iCUE or the computer has no effect. Resetting the mouse by holding forward and backward buttons and turn it ON also does not work. I can not upgrade the firmware. Now it shows that the mouse has the newest version. But it never finished the upgrade process! And the mouse does not work wirelessly. And it only somitemes work in a very limited way through a cable... The same problems occurs after connecting the mouse to the other device (laptop or a different computer). I need that mouse because I do not have the extra one. I can not work in that situation. I will be very, very glad for any help. Cheers, Michal
