Got a response from support. Nice to offer to replace my headset, but I don't have my receipt and I don't know if it is in warranty(most likely not). So I'm S.O.L. So there is the answer. No idea how many people have contacted them saying they are not buying their product anymore. But I'm sure I'm not the only one.
CORSAIR, you could save yourself a lot of financial pain if you reverse course on this action you've taken. Sad to see this happen.
