  1. Got a response from support. Nice to offer to replace my headset, but I don't have my receipt and I don't know if it is in warranty(most likely not). So I'm S.O.L. So there is the answer. No idea how many people have contacted them saying they are not buying their product anymore. But I'm sure I'm not the only one. CORSAIR, you could save yourself a lot of financial pain if you reverse course on this action you've taken. Sad to see this happen.
  2. Thanks for the info. I sent a message to their support stating that unless they change this policy I'm no longer purchasing their products. I mean I would have bought a new Corsair Headset once mine had seen the end of its days, but they made my decision to not do so with this action. Loyalty to a product is a 2-way street. If the company doesn't support their products, why should I support the company?
  3. But I'm using a Corsair Headset. A Corsair VOID RGB USB Gaming Headset.
  4. I see I'm not the only one who noticed that the Headset is no longer in the iCUE. I asked in another part of the forum if this was intentional and have not received an answer. I upgraded to iCUE 4.... because it said it was an update. I consider it a step backwards. The interesting part is that they have a video help file about how to use the settings on your Headset in the iCUE that no longer supports them.
  5. Even after a week the ICUE under the current update does not recognize that I have a Corsair Headset plugged in and operating. The icon does not appear even after I've restarted my machine a couple times. The only thing it recognizes is my Corsair Scimitar Pro. Any idea what may be causing this?
  6. Since this latest update the Corsair Headset functions as well as the icon that was in the 3..... versions have vanished. Was that intended? Found the mouse functionality adjustment area after a few minutes. But the Headset adjustment area was gone.
  7. My iCUE dashboard is completely blank after the upgrade. I have a corsair headset and mouse and I can't find anything to access them with this ridiculous update. My headset used to have a voice telling me that the Mic was on or off. Now all I get is a beep and I have to look to see if the red light is on to make sure it's off or on. Also, it's like the new 4.11.274 doesn't recognize my headset, which is also a Corsair.
  8. Ever since the 3.27.68 update the performance of my headset and mouse are substandard. First the headset: I used to activate the mic mute function myself. Now the program thinks it has to do it on its own whenever I click into a game or discord. This is driving me nuts. It will turn off my mic when I don't want it to or on when I don't want it to. Second the mouse: For some reason it's double clicking constantly. In addition to the double clicking the mouse resets itself to the slow setting when I activate a game I play instead of staying in the mode I set for it. It NEVER did this before. Please update your update to stop this stuff from happening.
