  1. I don't have that either. I have M55 Pro with 1 memory profile onboard. After a firmware update from Sunday, it ****ed everything up.
  2. I just figured. There is no way to click. It does it automatically. You just have to set your profile up and it saves automatically even if you close iCUE. But this doesn't solve my nasty problem. My mouse still can't be recognized by iCUE!!!
  3. I tried the mouse on another pc without any issue. I also noticed during the installation of iCUE, it deactivated my sound for a short second and it went back up. Not sure, if this has anything to do with the whole thing. It looks like some sort of driver conflict. But I just don't know what causes the conflict in the first place. This issue started when I upgraded the mouse firmware in iCUE, it seems to have broken everything. Despite re-installation I can't get it back to the original status. This really sucks Corsair. You need to do something or I am going to return this damn mouse. I spent way too much time for this crap.
  4. Hi everyone, Since nobody answered my previous post. I like to ask something else here. I read this article. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/corsair-m55-rgb-pro/6.html The guy said that there is one on-board memory with M55 Pro. So I can basically set everything up in iCUE and delete the software. The settings will remain in the mouse. I can't agree with that, at least with my mouse. As soon as I exit iCUE, the mouse return to its original state, let alone deleting the software. Is my mouse defect?? Why can't it remember my settings and stays undetected on startup? I did soft reset on the mouse already, no use.
  5. I noticed that on each startup, Windows 10 pops a sound that's the sound when you unplug a USB device. I guess the system thinks that the mouse is disconnected or something. But the mouse still works, but iCUE can't see it.
  6. Hi folks, I tried to solve the problem on my own without any luck. I bought a new Lenovo Legion with M55 Pro mouse. However, iCue cannot detect the M55 Pro on every startup. It always says "no device detected". I tried everyone suggested on this forum with no luck. Close/Reopen iCUE and killing the Corsair services Do Not work. The only solution to bring the mouse back are: What works sofar: 1. if I unplug and replug the mouse into the USB port. 2. if I click on Settings unter iCUE and click the Update firmware button. (notice, that firmaware v.? shows there, because it can't see my mouse.) It's a brand new PC with a brand new mouse. What causes this problem? Any input would be hugely appreciate. This can be real for a such good mouse.
