[sorry for my bad english, I'll be clear as much as possible] Quick update on my usb disconnects on my B450 build (Ryzen 3600x - Corsair RGB Ram / Keyboard / Mousepad / Commander Pro / 4X HD120 fans & ST100 RGB Headseat stand), no fix here but interesting notes which can help some people. When I installed the NZXT hub, I still had usb drops but like 1 per weeks, still better than 1 every 30 minutes before the NZXT. After definetely uplugging the ST100, I never had disconnections anymore. I played like this for months and usb were ok, no more drops. Then one day , usb started to drop again, like every 15 mins. I did not change anything to my build (no iCue update for example) EXCEPTS the way I connected my devices to the back of my motherboard... I have 3X2 usb at the back of my Asus B450 Prime motherboard, every corsair devices are alone on every usb groups and disconnects came back when I moved my Corsair RGB mousepad next to my Corsair RGB Keyboard. When I moved my mousepad back on the "empty usb group" above and disconnections stopped. So no fix there, but I've been able to use my pc without usb drops with the NZTX hub, definetly disconnecting the ST100 and plug my corsair devices alone on each usb groups.. Just for info, I had the same corsais devices on my previous build (Asus Prime Z370 with Intel i3 8350K) and never had any issues.

I understand, but actually, even if that sucks, it's the only known fix for this disconnections issue.

Some rare users haven't fixed the issue even with the nzxt but yes, it worked for many others, including me but I also had to defintely unplug my Corsair St100 and that sucks. I talked about this issue with someone from Corsair on their Facebook messenger, he said they read the topic even if they don't reply and they're working on it since this topic have been created.

In my opinion, the commander pro is having power issues only on specific systems. I had one on my 2 years old system (Asus Prime z370 with i3 8350K) with corsair MM800, 5x HD120, Corsair Void Pro Wireless and Corsair K70, no issues at all. Same corsair stuff on my new Ryzen system (Asus Prime b450 with Ryzen 3600x), random usb disconnections fixed with the NZXT hub..

Sorry, did not wanted to say it only impact amd systems but many people having these issues on this topic are on Amd systems (mainly x570 chips).

Quick recap and update, I had usb disconnections on my MM800, ST100, Void Pro Wireless, and Commander pro every 20/30 mins during gaming even without the ST100. After installing nzxt hub and replug my ST100 I had a disconnect after 3 days.. so issue wasn't fixed. I tried now for 2 week the same setup but I unplugged the ST100... no more issues. So, it seems there's issues with the commander pro power on new amd systems and general disconnections issues with the ST100. ...and, still no words from Corsair.

NZXT Hub installed since monday, everything was fine until yesterday, usb disconnected again...

Installed a NZXT hub today (thanks to my local store....). Fingers crossed. I will give you some feedbacks in a few days..

8 months, nearly 8 pages topic on their forum and not a single word from Corsair.

Yeah, probably something happening with amd chips. Thanks for your investigations mate. Let's see if Asus or Corsair find a fix.

Am I the only one who "fixed" this issue by closing iCue? (For sure, it's not a fix, but if usb disconnections stops after closing icue, then iCue is probably the issue.)

Hello, I'm joining the gang. Here's my spec: AMD Ryzen 3600X Asus Prime B450 2x8 go Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200MHz MSI Armor 1060 6 go Corsair RM 650X - Logitech g300s Corsair Commander pro + 4x Corsair HD120 + 4 Corsair lighting node Corsair ST 100 Corsair K70 mk2 Corsair MM800 Corsair Void Pro Wireless Corsair iCUE v3.25.60 ------ Since I have this new setup (december), I'm experiencing random usb shutdowns on my commander pro (fans keep running but everything lights off), ST100, MM800 and my Void Pro. The K70 and my logitech mouse stays on. It could happen 5 times per hour or nothing in 5 hours, but for sure, this is quite disturbing. It mainly happens during gaming, but it happened once on idle. I tried to unplug ST100, closing some background apps (Steam,Origin, Battlenet, Logitech mouse app), nothing helped. The only solution that seems to work for me is closing iCue but I have to say goodbye to synced light effects and custom fan curves. At least, It allows me to play without usb disconnections (especially the headset during gaming sessions...). Before that, I had the same corsair stuff on another pc (Asus Prime Z370 + i3 8350k) I never had these issues. Corsair? Please? Could you do something? :sigh!:
