Hello, I just created an account here to try to find out a way to solve this two problems:
1.- I have a Corsair Void 7.1 headphones since 2 years ago, but like 8 months ago, most of the times that I play a game (Smite for example), I have to restart the pc in order to watch any video, since it simply don't load, the video is black with the loading circle on it (happens on yt and any other video websites). And I can tell this problem must be from any kind of audio incompatibility or something whose origin is in the headphones or iCUE since it only happens if I use the headphones.
2.- I bought a Corsair Sabre RGB mouse 3 or 4 days ago, and I like it but I don't know why, but when I play Smite, the game I mentioned earlier, my mouse sometimes like don't react or something, I move it and it takes like one second to start working, and well, in a video-game 1 second is a lot. Also, want to say that with my last mouse (random mouse from random shop, not a known company mouse) worked perfectly but got broken.
Important specs of my pc:
Windows 7 - 64bit
Nvidia GTX 1050Ti
AMD A8-6600K APU
