About 4 months ago I got the Harpoon Wireless RBG and I didn't have any issues with it what so ever, but a few days ago I unplugged the dongle in order to plug something else in and the dongle just stopped working. I have tried as much as I could. I tried updating ICUE, repairing the dongle through ICUE and I tried to force a firmware update on it but the dongle isn't being recognized by my PC at all. Any ideas on what I should do?
