Ok, update: The only way I found to get it working again was to give my computer a fresh start. It might be harsh, but it worked.

Didn't work for me, I just hope Corsair fixes this issue overall and we all pull through.

may I ask, what "tiny hole?"

I am having the same issue, though restarting my pc does not do anything. I've tried replugging USBS, repairing the engine and none of them work. Please help!
