  1. Thanks for the replies. Apologies, I realised It says PSU in the title and I meant CPU....! I don’t think it’s a PSU problem, it’s definitely the CPU as I can see it getting super hot. I’ve reached out to support and it is going to be returned/repaired. However as Azureblood2 said I think you guys definitely have a software bug with icue where it is simply not spinning your main fan AT ALL unless we force it to be on 100%
  2. Semi update: I’m still having major problems. I have opened it up and held the radiator up high and tilted it hoping that would help and perhaps it did, the pc stayed stable with a cpu coolant temp of about 35 with extreme fans setting on. But the moment I changed that extreme setting to default the fan turned to 0rpm and the cpu coolant temp shot up to near 60. I really don’t get why the default performance profile doesn’t seem to ever kick the fan on since updating icue?
  3. Apologies, I realised It says PSU in the title and I meant CPU....! Hi there, I have a Corsair one pro i180 and it’s been great since I got it. However I moved desk this week, and in carrying it it seems like maybe some air has got trapped in the cooling pipes. I was very careful moving it but upon turning it back on icue tells me that the psu tempterature just rises even when the fans are set to “extreme” mode until it shuts down. (Strangely default mode doesn’t even seem to kick the fans on at all since updating icue??) I have tried tilting it (and I can hear glugs) and turning it gradually, when both on and off. I have rocked it back and forth countless times. One time I got it to stay on a stable temp with extreme mode on and doing nothing but as soon as I taxed it at all it shut down. What can I do? Thanks for any help
  4. Hi there, sorry for the late reply. I did manage to add an M2 and swap the HDD for an SSD. There is an M2 that is very easily accessed by the ram. If you load that imgur link you can see it just top right of the image, it's the one with a blue sticker on it. You'll need to buy a harddrive screw to install it.
  5. Thanks very much, that makes sense. I can't really complain that you guys did too good a job :D
  6. Hi sorry to bump an old thread. I’ve finally gotten around to replacing the HDD with an SSD. I managed to put in the m2 with no problems so thanks for the tips. The HDD is in a different place to the Corsair One however, and there seems to be no release lever. It seems to be screwed in and the screws are so tight I feel like I’m going to thread them so I really can’t see how to release the HDD? Am I being dumb? Here’s a photo https://imgur.com/a/qHOK5pe Edit Ok I’ve found a video that says which screws to undo but they are stuck fast?! Ok I’ve got the drive tray out just need to try and get the 4 hd screws out. Whoever screwed these in was taking the biscuit Managed to do it and all seems to be working fine after I got the screws out. Thanks everyone.
  7. Thanks again that's fantastic! I'll get this one open again and check where the m2 currently is. Thanks for all your help!
  8. Thanks Jake that is really good info. Do you know if there are any images anywhere I can use? The only videos/images I can find that take the One apart are for the black (i160?) version and it seems to be different inside.
  9. Hi there, I have a Corsair One i180 (the silver one) and was wondering if there is any space for an additional HD? It has an M2 in and a 2tb HDD but I'd love to get an additional SSD in there if possible. Thanks for any help.
