after replacing to a brand new corsair scimitar pro rgb the profiles work for a more extended period of time but suddenly stop working

replacing the mouse a second time fixed the issue seemed to be a bad batch of mouses :S

The profiles only work with the initial profile but exactly when i switch its not detecting anything at all , fully updated to latest version using windows 10 my mouse is a scimitar pro rgb mouse. its not switching to other profiles is just not detecting anything but only when switching to another profile , already reinstalled program no work , changed usb slot...please help i cant game with my precious profiles this is rydiculous!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: pd: replaced mouse just in case hardware issues same freaking problem any ideas please T_T!!!!!
