  1. Is the issue fixed yet? And I'm talking fixed, not lessened. I really want to start using my peripherals properly again, can we please have an update, or at least a lightweight version? I keep having issues lately with iCue, Synapse and Logitech's recent failure. Why is it so difficult to make a proper piece of software nowadays?! At LEAST Corsair seem to be aware of this and working on a fix (I HOPE).
  2. Monitoring this thread closely, it is indeed a bit better, but still got some way to go. If the competition can do it, so can corsair. Here's hoping.
  3. Just discovered this thread. The inability of corsair to create a proper piece of software never ceases to amaze me. I'd use harsher words, but I should refrain from doing so. I give them until the end of the year, then I'm selling all of my Corsair peripherals and move on to another company, enough is enough, really.
  4. Thanks for the reply! I keep being disappointed by corsair lately, and the iCue situation has been going on for years, I will give them until the end of the year -- then I'm just selling the keyboard & headphones and call it a day. This is silly.
  5. Title says it all, icue always sits on top of my monitoring, with 175mb ram usage and ~2-4% cpu utilization CONSTANTLY, which when combined with the corsair service, can go even higher! Question is, why? I have a k70 RGB and a void pro RGB (sitting there doing nothing mind you). That's all, why can't icue leave my CPU alone like say, I don't know, logitech g-hub (25mb, zero CPU utilization unless used). And if this is not normal behavior, by all means, enlighten me. p.s. I am tired of reinstalling the program, so don't suggest that, what I got is the very latest version of iCue on a brand new PC, everything on default.
  6. I want to try this, I don't want to get into an RMA hell since the problem seems to lie with the design. Has it been working finely still? I hope they make a new version, seeing how I love the mouse.. I will still get it, despite everything.
  7. I am beyond disappointed with Corsair, before it was mostly about their software/firmware, they could never get these damn things right, but now? Now you have Razer type issues, which I believe boils down to using cheap materials and/or poor QC. What saves the situation for them a little bit is the fact that their support is good. Anyway, I am having the same issue, it happened some weeks ago, sometimes it misses clicks, some other time it may double click too fast.. if that even makes sense. It's a mess. Guys, I am asking you, what is the consensus? Is it mechanical, is it software/fw related? Is every M65 elite RGB FUBAR? Personally, I think that it's a design flaw, something to do with the skeleton and the top being the way it is (one body). Corsair, change the way you design mice, it's not a problem to copy from other companies. The g502 proteus core is hands down the best mouse I've ever touched, but it is HIDEOUS! But the switches are heavenly and practically immortal, my wife still uses it after what, 6 years? It's insane, it's like brand new. Your mice are beyond beautiful, but when it comes down to it.. they suck for other, more important reasons.
  8. I am aware of that, and I have tried almost everything out there, forums is my last resort. The receiver is 50cm from me with no objects 'blocking' it, before I didn't have a similar problem. In the end I uninstalled iCue completely and reverted back to version 3.18.77, I also disabled the auto shutoff from iCue and played Fallout 4 like that, no issues, but I have noticed that the option won't 'stick', have to re-enable every time, like the windows lock on corsair keyboards. (seriously, both options should stick)
  9. So I got this wireless headset some months ago, I just updated to the latest iCue (btw, some criticism right here about it: it's not what I would consider good software) and now I keep having disconnects, keep hearing the "beep beep beep" sound cuts for a moment then back up, until eventually the headset disconnects completely and then I have to struggle to turn it on again (got to turn off and on twice). What the hell is happening?
  10. It seems most Corsair products I purchase nowadays seem to have some type of problem, or multiple. That is sad, in the past I always considered them the best. Anyway, have been charging the void pro RGB I got as a gift for more than 10 hours...the color is still Amber. Around two hours in I also opened it by mistake, hopefully didn't mess up the battery memory (whatever that is..) I have no way to know WHEN I can actually start using the headset...
