I have recently bought a brand new Virtuoso SE headset, and I love the design and build quality. It’s excellent. Only issue is that when I tested the surround sound on a quick game of Apex Legends, it was extremely muddy and sounded like I was in a cave. I don’t know if this is supposed to be happening or not, but it’s not at all the quality I would have expected. It works fine in stereo mode. I am using the FPS EQ preset and the headset is in wired mode with all drivers up to date. Is there a fix for this? Any answers greatly appreciated, thank you all!
