  1. Yes, that doesn't work either. It'll charge, and you'll see all the lights come on, but it doesn't detect it as a mouse or anything.
  2. My mouse was fine after updating to the latest version of iCue initially. I then did the update for the wireless dongle to v.5.0.84 and now my mouse is no longer detected. Tried a reset Tried a clean install (deleted all corsair folders including those in the registry) I tried reinstalling a previous version of icue. Tried uninstalling the devices in Device Manager No luck with anything. My mouse can connect to my computer using bluetooth, but pairing using the 2.4GHz method with the dongle no longer works. Has anyone encountered this and found a fix? i attached screenshots for reference. You can see the version number for the dongle and also that the "Initiate" button to start pairing is grayed out and can't be selected. The last screenshot shows my mouse connected to my pc with bluetooth. This sucks since i can't load my profiles on bluetooth.
  3. I have the Ironclaw RGB Wireless... My mouse wheel just flat out stopped working today. You know how when scrolling, the wheel only moves when you scroll yourself? Mine doesn't...you can spin it like a wheel on a game show. It's come loose. I can still press it and it works that way, but not for regular scrolling
  4. ***********FIX************* The problem is the firmware for the mouse and dongle MAKE SURE you have the following for firmware versions Dongle: v0.9.40 Ironclaw RGB Wireless: v0.11.80 You can still update icue. Mine is v3.24.52 Corsair support let me know that despite their support site saying that you can contact them for a link to download the factory default firmware, they don't do that anymore and will send the firmware through iCUE. If the mouse gets corrupted then they said they'll do an RMA (warranty exchange) for it. But this is where it stands since there's no button to hard reset the mouse.
  5. DO NOT update the firmware for your Ironclaw RGB Wireless mouse or dongle Leave them at Dongle firmware: v0.9.40 And Ironclaw RGB Wireless firmware: v0.11.80? Otherwise you'll lose your profile settings from iCue randomly. That's the current fix they have for an issue that came up last month
  6. I'll see if I can pull them after I leave the office
  7. ******Update***** I posted that I went back to 3.21.88 for the iCUE version and that My dongle firmware is v0.9.40 and the mouse is My mouse firmware is v0 11.80 It's been about a week and still no problems since then even with moving the dongle to a different PC without iCUE to use my mouse on it and switching back to my laptop. Been running smoothly and I'm not losing my profile settings or anything
  8. I looked but wasn't able to find it.... Sorry 😞 That's what mine was on before I got it back to the current versions.
  9. I found a workaround. I went ahead and reinstalled 3.21.88 My dongle firmware is v0.9.40 My mouse firmware is v0 11.80 I haven't had a problem yet today.
  10. Wireless mice from corsair have no pinholes... I see the replies on here stating that people were asked by support to find the pinhole. That's sad because on their website it specifically states that for wireless mice you have to open a support ticket and ask them to send you a firmware download that you can use to perform the hard reset. Then after downloading it you'll go into iCUE, update the firmware and instead of force update select firmware image, then select the firmware download from the save location. I contacted them a week ago for this firmware download and no response yet.
  11. So I ran into an issue with my Ironclaw RGB Wireless where it would behave as if iCue weren't open and my Profile would switch to the Hardwired ones. I see many others have experienced this same issue which seems to have come with the update that took place between 12/5/19 and 12/11/19 this month. In iCue it listed a series of (1)s after the name In the middle of games the profile would switch along with DPI It would work again if I took out and reinserted the dongle or power cycled the mouse. Soft resets didn't work, and Corsair hasn't responded to my service request from a week ago now with the firmware to hard reset the mouse. This was frustrating as I couldn't last 10 minutes without the settings being lost and changing up in the middle of games I was playing. BUT the good news is that after I decided to go ahead and revert back to iCue version 3.21.88 last night, I haven't had a single issue since then. I'm currently in a Destiny 2 session for a little over 2 hours and haven't had any issue at all. I think this is the best that can be done until a new iCUE version comes out that addresses the issue. *********UPDATE********** So after playing for about 4-5 hours the problem eventually came back, I think this is the longest I've been able to play continuously without problems since the issue first arose last week. I'm going to keep messing around and see if I can figure this out.
  12. Man it looks like your issues started the same day as mine. I got the mouse in September and my issues started Thurs Dec. 5, 2019. Same as what everyone above has mentioned. DPI settings changed and the profiles too in the middle of a game even though the profile is set to start up with the game. Then after the new version of iCue came out I uninstalled 2. Whatever it was and cleared the registry, and removed every single iCue related folder from my computer before installing the updated 3.23 version. This time though, the hardwired profiles don't appear at all and my profile settings keep changing on their own still. And of course I have to unplug and reinsert the dongle, or unplug and plug the mouse back in. Soft resets do nothing, can't hard reset without a firmware download that Corsair is supposed to provide, but I submitted a ticket 5 days ago and no response yet.
