  1. Problem solved! I formatted the SSD on another PC and once I re-installed it in the Corsair the SSD was enabled and became available.
  2. I have a Corsair One i140 that came with a Seagate 2 2TB HDD. I bought a Samsung 680 EVO 2TB SSD and I wanted to replace the HDD by this SSD. I plugged everything up but when I booted the PC the bios wouldn't recognize the SSD. I checked the fit of the two cables to the SSD multiple times and I did not find any problems. In the end I re-installed the Seagate 2 HDD, booted the PC, and the HDD was online and available so I assume this means it can't be a problem in the actual cables. What am I doing wrong please? Thank you in advance for any help. Has anyone replaced their HDD by a SSD?
  3. I just bought a Corsair One i140 PC and when I look at the Win10 Reliability Report I keep seeing an error message saying that the Corsair.service.exe is failing (see attached images for details). Why and how can I fix this? I have submitted a Support Ticket but I thought I would ask the community to see if anyone else has run into this issue. Thanks.
  4. What are these profiles that you speak of please
  5. Would I be correct in assuming that in the worst case scenario I could uninstall iCue completely and just run my Corsair One i140 PC without the app? What would be the downside?
  6. Great news folks, thank you for the feedback.
  7. I just purchased a Corsair One i140 PC and it came with iCue 3.11 installed. After reviewing all the negative comments about the newer version of iCue (i.e. 3.19 and 3.20) causing massive problems I wanted to check if upgrading to iCue 3.20.80 was a "safe" thing to do at this point? Thank you in advance for any help. P.S. Does iCue have sensors to measure CPU and GPU heat? Even if it does would there be any problem if I installed a freeware utility to measure the heat values?
