The seller claimed it is brand new. The price of this model was about 229 USD for a long time but recently cut to 169USD, and I get this one at 140USD.

Hello everyone, I recently purchase a HX1000 PSU, what makes me suspicious is there are 2 seal stickers on the inner box. Both are intact, but I'm still wondering because the below one is different from the above. Btw, the PSU's outer box was printed in 2016, and the first 2 digits of the SN is "17", so I guess it was manufactured in 2017. Is there anyone can explain why? Is it refurbished? Is it Ok to accept it? (Once I open the sticker, I won't be able to return it for refund.) I appreciate any advice and thanks.
