  1. I have now tried uninstalling the iCue software and its still the same. No change :(
  2. Hi, I am having issues with my new HS70 wireless headset. ICue says the headset needs an update and to connect it via USE. It is connected, but it isnt registering that it is. I have tried it in every usb port I have and it wont let me update. I can see the headset is getting power when plugged in as it is turned off and the charging light is on, and green. I dont know what else to do! Please help, this is the only headset I have, I rely on it and paid quite a lot for it not to work now :( Here is a screen grab of all I can see on ICue https://gyazo.com/c05268da9c1a98ba531780aa758fe4e9 Thanks
